It turned out that the`reason my in-laws broadband wasn't working was because their immensely fat little dog had been sleeping on the wires.


While we were at their house I picked more apples. It'll be the last load. Most of those that remain on the tree are suffering from some sort of scab or blight- and many of them are rotting. 


We got Samina to take some apples off our hands. She said she'd turn them into a pie.

There's a tree at the beginning of King's Road that has been rusting for a week or two. It has now been joined by others. This is the first time I've known Autumn to arrive in August.

i don't think we're important enough to have made the changes
the earth has gone thru changes long before us
a mini ace age et such..

the angle of the sun is different
since the big earth shift in japan
the shadows have changed, its darker here

Quite often trees change colour from stress or illness and it might be that.

I have seen trees turn early here due to drought.

it's the same here, the trees in the park are changing so fast, feels like the end of September
