poliphiloIt turned out that the`reason my in-laws broadband wasn't working was because their immensely fat little dog had been sleeping on the wires.
While we were at their house I picked more apples. It'll be the last load. Most of those that remain on the tree are suffering from some sort of scab or blight- and many of them are rotting.
We got Samina to take some apples off our hands. She said she'd turn them into a pie.
There's a tree at the beginning of King's Road that has been rusting for a week or two. It has now been joined by others. This is the first time I've known Autumn to arrive in August.
