Honeysuckle
Jun. 30th, 2010 09:25 amI needn't have worried about the honeysuckle. Honeysuckle is hardy. Having been cut back from the wall by the workmen earlier this year, it has taken off in the other direction with renewed vigour, using the holly trees as a climbing frame. There's not enough of it to create a cloud of scent- there never was- but if you stand around in the backyard you keep getting wafts of it.

Date: 2010-07-01 08:27 am (UTC)Our honeysuckle was planted as a cutting 24 years ago. It's not in a brilliant position- it gets very little sun- and it's only now beginning to come into its own.
