poliphiloI'm hoping we may have found someone to take on the Meeting House library. I love books but the sort of books this particular library contains (books of theology and devotion by 20th century chaps in tweed jackets) are among my least favourite kind.
I was inclining towards putting roses in the recovered flower bed- but that was before I saw that Sainsbury's were selling big boxes of bulbs for £4.50 each.
The box I bought contains:
19 Allium Moly Yellow
1 Dahlia Topmix Purple
2 Lilium Oriental "Fenice" Apricot
6 Ranunculus Orange.
I'll plant them in March, they ought to flower through the summer- and that's exactly what we want.
I'm weary. It's been a busy winter all ways round- and I think my mother's funeral may have taken more out of me than I thought it was going to...
