Exploring North Manchester

Ailz was lunching at Slattery's in Whitefield yesterday and I went along for the ride. There are few things I enjoy more than walking round a neighbourhood I've never visited before and taking pictures. Prestwich- just south of Whitefield- has one of Greater Manchester's very few medieval churches. It was a very hot day. I ate at a McDonalds on Bury New Road and came away with a free Coke glass decorated with the 2012 Olympics logo.
