I hadn't realised you hated me so much, but it figures. You wronged me, so I had to be a bastard. How else could you go on being the heroine of the story you tell yourself? I know; that's how it goes. We've all done something similar. Also I discover you tried to turm my kids against me, which was shitty. I forgive you on my own account. Whether they forgive you is up to them. Hey, I bet you hate me even more now for being so fucking understanding.

Wow! I could have written the same note to a "Debbie" - who actually succeeded in turning my two girls against me - both came under her influence when they were three and seven years of age respectively. I have copied it, will change it to suit my own circumstances and send it off to "Debbie" - and my girls as well.

I'm fine, thank you. It's ancient history, all of this. The post makes me sound angrier than I feel. What I've conjured up is a ghostly anger- the anger I might have felt if I'd known about certain things twenty years ago.
