A Move For The Better

Odi's new house is nicer than the old one. It's a three bedroom terrace house on a residential street that sits at right angles to a major arterial road/shopping street. There's a 19th century municipal park within strolling distance and the waterfront is (at a guess) less than a mile away.

I like Liverpool. I think Lord Howe is a poopy-head for wanting to shut it down in the 80s. I know he says he didn't but he's a politician and why should we believe him? Do cabinet documents lie?

Happy New Year, my friend. It's nice that Odi was able to get a nice place. Over here it would have been a ratty old apartment in a crime-ridden housing project and a spot on the very long (five years) waiting list for a Section 8 housing voucher. Happy New Year to Ailz, took and also to Odi and her family.

It's good to hear that Odi has a good new home. You'll miss having the children nearby, I suspect.
But I am very happy she was treated well.
