Unseasonable

Yesterday was the hottest September 29th since 1895- or so they say. I hung out washing in the morning and it was dry by early afternoon. Also I washed the car because Ailz has been dropping hints and the warm weather didn't allow me my usual excuse. I found rather more damage to the paintwork than I was expecting. Ailz says the way the car is designed means it throws stones at itself (no, I can't really grasp the concept either). I went round afterwards with my little vials of paint and varnish, making repairs.

Wow! A car with a self-destruct mode. Is this so you have to buy a new car? Or is it a secret agreement with the manufacturers of T-Cut?

The nice thing is it's not our car. We rent it off the Disability people. We keep it for three years and then we get a new one.
