Changeover

I retired my old computer today, It is a very old computer- with tower and monitor- very bulky, very heavy. It took me three trips to carry all its constituent parts upstairs. I am now working on a book-sized tablet, prodding at the screen with a little plastic stylus. I made the change because the old machine didn't have the capacity to work my webcam- and this does.

Congratulations on the new computer. I don't think I could use a tablet as it's so small and my eyes aren't good. Plus, I need lots of computing power for photo programs and such. I hope it serves you well!

The tablet has more power than my old computer did. That was the main reason for swapping. Also it's a lot quieter.

I may need to supplement it with a screen. We'll see.
