Herbs

I like to buy potted herbs. Coriander and parsley die off in about a week, but basil is hardy. We've had our present pot of basil so long it's started to flower. We came back from holiday and it had gone all wrinkly and limp from lack of water, so I gave it a drink and it's perked right back up again.

Oh dear.

We were tidying through drawers yesterday and Ailz found a packet of basil seeds that had come free with a cookery magazine. I'm going to plant them today.
