Grey For Maximum Tension
Feb. 17th, 2009 09:37 amOur doctor signed Ailz up for a "sit and get fit" class. I went along- as her carer- with a book in a bag so I could read quietly in a corner- and got bounced into taking part.
First church, now exercise classes.
I'm the only man in the group, so of course I get some ribbing.
The class costs £1 a time, but we're not paying for the class, we're banking the money so we can buy our very own stretchy, plastic exercise bands. The bands are colour coded. I'm using a grey one- grey for maximum tension.

I have some of those stretchy elastic bands here and I think my blue one is maximum tension.
