That "ache" is rather ambiguous but I´m assuming it´s from all the physical exercise of loading the van. I know the feeling. We moved our younger daughter two summers ago on the hottest day of the year into a third floor walk-up flat/ no elevator. Gallons of water were consumed and the physical aches lasted a week.
I wouldn't have thought he had that much stuff. But then- i guess if he's taking everything that was in his room, including the bed, then that would fill the van. That's a big bed. Plus all his hundreds of videos and DVD's, they take up space too.
Which place have they ended up renting? How much room will he have? And who is he renting with? Daz and is it Kelly? Or someone else?
He didn't have all that much- but some of the items were big- a bed, a bookcase (oh, and he's got your bicycle- I hope you don't mind). If we hadn't have hired the van we'd have needed to make more than one trip- even with the two cars.
They've taken the semi on Blackburn road- just across from the Cross Guns. And, yes, he's with Daz and Kelly.
Well good for him. The Cross Guns is really very close to where we used to live, so he'll like that. Odd for Kelly to move in with them, since he lives with his parents very close to that. It'll just be anadded expense for him. But also it'll be anew freedom too, so that's good. I guess Tim wouldn't want to rent with them cos he's already bought a house.
