Rachel The Rabbit

Rachel the rabbit had a stroke or a seizure and lost the use of her legs and had to be put to sleep.

Oh.

We weren't expecting this.

We'd had her about 10 months,  she came to us from a rescue centre and must have been about 5 years old. 

Tosh has been going from room to room,  looking for her. 

And now he's sitting by my chair. He needs the company. I reach down and tickle his nose.

Wow. That's very sad for all. Breaks my heart for poor Tosh. Don't you wish, if for only a moment, that you spoke Rabbit?

We're going to have to get him a new companion. Rabbits are social creatures. They don't thrive on their own.
