1. Things that people on the telly  told me yesterday:

a. Paul Gauguin thought he was Jesus.
b. John Buchan was a thoroughly good egg in spite of being a conservative and a Calvinist.
c. The Mary Celeste was abandoned after her cargo of ethal alcohol exploded.

2. I want a Wii. I've never been any good at gaming because of my rudimentary keyboard skills, but I can wave my arms around like a good'un.

3. If the human body is such a freakin miracle why do we need doctors? Truth is it's a shoddy piece of design.

If the human body is actually designed, then it is in fact quite shoddy. I'd expect better from the omnipotent.

If the human body is the result of the randomness of evolution, it's really quite astounding. Almost...miraculous. ;-)
