So that's the longest night out of the way. 

Our kitchen windows face Sameena's. This morning as I staggered blearily towards the sink she waved at me. That was nice. Sameena is my favourite neighbour.

Joe is playing the Fratellis. Happy music. "How did you like that?" he asked last night. "Too fucking cheerful," I replied.

Wasn't there once a clown troupe called the Fratellis?

And now Joe says he's going to play his favourite track one last time then wrap the CD up. 

Wait a minute; it's one of Sara's Christmas presents and he's been playing it!   Surely that's wrong?

I think there was a circus act called the Flying Fratelli Brothers or some such...trapeze artists, perhaps.
