I'll grant you that: "destroyed" is a bit strong. The music remains untouched. But his image as this ultra-nice, unspoiled, perennially youthful guy is going to be hard to rebuild.

Yes, compared to what's going in Iraq, the doings of celebs don't amount to a hill of beans.

Yes, he'll never have the image of "unspoiled, perennially youthful" again. You're right, that's been destroyed.

He'll get back a good image, but it won't be the same bright, shining one.
