200,000 Words Later

I started in January- on a whim -and now- four "books" and nearly 200,000 words later- I've just posted the final installment. The story arc is complete.
There's material for another cycle. But do I need to write it? Is there anything more to be said about this particular set of characters?
Right now, I think I need to put the toys away in the toy box, close the lid and walk away.

Date: 2006-10-08 12:07 pm (UTC)I'm amazed I managed to write so much in so short a time. It was as if the characters just got hold of me and wouldn't let go.
I have ideas for a sequel. I've even written a few pages, but I feel I need to let the pressure build up again before I carry on.
