poliphilo We spent yesterday morning at the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway. We took children.
There's a lake and miniature trains go round it. I went round twice. Passengers sit on the carriage roofs. There are also other low-key attractions like a maze and a set of model train layouts. There's a nice atmosphere and it helped that we had brisk, breezy, sparkling March weather.
