After 37 Years

poliphilo The last time I had my picture taken by a pro was just after I quit being a vicar. The churchwardens wanted a picture of me to put on the vestry wall- but rejected the result because I'd neglected- or rather refused- to wear a clerical collar.
That was- pause to do the reckoning- 37 years ago.
Yesterday's session was a very different affair. The photographer bounced around, keeping up a non stop stream of patter to amuse the baby- like Robin Williams without the jokes.
