How I Source (Dis)Information
May. 21st, 2022 08:34 am I haven't watched the TV News (any channel, any nation) for months.
I've never been on Twitter or Facebook or any of those platforms.
I skim the Guardian and the Mail for their headlines. The Guardian makes it easy to exercise restraint by witholding the text of most of its stories from those who haven't registered. And right now I don't want to share my information with any organisation unless I absolutely have to. The Mail makes it easy by having most of its stories be about celebrities, royal and otherwise.
I watch Russell Brand, I read Glenn Greenwald. I mooch around the Internet picking up titbits here and there.
