I have been keeping up with a range of media outlets- mainstream and otherwise- and have come to the following conclusions, which I shall present as bullet points.

1. Putin is a master strategist, understands nothing because he lives in a bubble surrounded by yes men and is lashing out like a madman.

2. Ukraine is divided, utterly corrupt and fascistic and populated by noble and courageous patriots.

2. NATO is totally to blame for boxing Russia in- and should have squeezed it much harder.

3. Putin's objective is the capture of a few US biolabs, the creation of a buffer state and the total domination of Europe.

And there you have it...

What could be clearer?

Certainly, the American biolab presence is something that is studiously being kept out of the press. 😀

I continue to be ambivalent because I know perfectly well that were Russia to set up, say, SATO (the South Atlantic Treaty Organization) within 200 miles of an American border, the U.S. would be trotting out the thermobaric cluster & vacuum bombs as well.

The boys throw rocks at the frogs for sport. But the frogs die in earnest.

It all really fuckin' sucks.

We are so badly served by the media.

I don't think it was always this way. Leastways, I never used to mistrust media the way I do now. Was I being naive back then? Probably.
