Still A Bit Blowy

poliphiloStorm Franklin followed Dudley and Eunice, but compared to them he was a pussycat. It's still windy but I don't think what's going on outside at the moment is distinctive enough to have been given a name.
I burned candles during the two blackouts- and they gave me the sniffles. Ailz says it's hardly surprising because most candles are petroleum based and full of chemicals. Gah! I used not to have allergies- now I seem to be snivelling all the time.
The Queen and her immediate heir (both of them vulnerable old people) have come down with Covid and nobody is panicking. Covid has morphed- in the course of a couple of years- from terrifying plague on a level with the Black Death to something more like the common cold but less debilitating. I should like to hang around long enough to have this thoroughly explained to me....
