Windy

Windy today. I've shot the bolt on the back door (which is normally kept on the latch) because it keeps blowing open. Oak leaves that have have been spread across the grass for a couple of months have been gathered up and dumped in a pile on the path beneath the window where I'm sitting. I'm not sure if this is the tail end of Storm Malik- which has been breaking things in the north- or the arrival of Storm Corrie.

Corrie- where does that come from? I've never known anyone called Corrie. Is it short for Coralie or Coraline or Cordelia or what?
