I find writing so much harder in the afternoon. Before lunch ideas come winging in as fast or faster than I can write them down, after lunch I have difficult constructing a grammatical sentence.

purchas keeps turning corners. I just went round one and there was a whole new landscape there, waiting to be traversed. I had thought Purchas would return to England overland, but it seems s/he's taking ship instead. Oh, and that bloody Bishop's back!
