The dustbin lorry backs up as far as the gate- and one of the crew runs down the drive, collects the bin, runs to the lorry, does whatever has to be done, runs down with the empty bin, then runs back again ... I don't suppose these guys need to waste their money on gym membership.

And in the background I see another member of the crew- in his orange hazmat suit- playing on our neighbour's swing. It's a long rope swing, hanging from a high branch beside the drive. One of his mates is giving him a push.

I had an acquaintance years ago who worked his days as a house mover. He loved it -- said it was like being paid to work out at a gym all day.
