When That Aprill...

The doves are making their love call, the cat is catching shrews, the cherry blossom is out.

There was mist first thing (or was it smoke from a bonfire?) but it's clearing now and the sun is breaking through.

The politicians are not entirely sure what to say (and actually who can blame them?) A glorious weekend is forecast and they'd rather we didn't go outside and enjoy ourselves. The journalists and political cartoonists are relieving their feelings by pillorying the politicians. The Queen will address the nation.

There's something we're not seeing; lots we're not seeing. Wish I knew, wish I knew, wish I knew.....

What we're not seeing are the puritan control freaks beavering away in the background to try to ensure that in future we will only do things they way they think things should be done............

I'm sure there all sorts of people- not just puritans- beavering away behind the scenes.
