That's a little ahead of ours, in Berkshire, but we have flower buds too. It used to be quite regular, at the start of April, but it's been creeping forward in recent years.

Down here in West Kent we've hardly had a winter. It's been very wet but temperatures have rarely dipped below freezing.

No, it isn't- but then Spring seems to be coming earlier and earlier.
