Large Deflating Balloon

In place of the large dump of documents some of us were expecting we have a nine page pamphlet which Jay at Project Unity was able to read out loud- slowly and with interpolated comments- in just over half an hour. It's couched in language designed to send the reader to sleep, is repetitive, reveals nothing that wasn't already in the public domain, uses the word "threat" many times, revealing a military mindset- and the only specific event it even glances at is one in which the UAP turned out to be a "large deflating balloon". The words "extraterrestrial" and "alien" appear nowhere- and all incidents that cannot be explained as due to man-made or identifiable natural phenomena are dust-panned into a category called "other" and left unexamined.
Having told us as little as the agencies tasked with compiling it thought they could get away with, it concludes with a request for more funding...
