Bloody French, Bloody Willow Tree....

According to the engineer who called this morning the source of the distant voices we're hearing on our land line is a French radio station. Also reception is being hampered by the willow tree in the front garden "bearing down" on the wire.

"Sorry, squire, nothing I can do about it." Not his exact words (I don't suppose anyone actually says "squire" these days ) but that was the gist. He advised us to get back to BT...

Unexpected Arrival

We were expecting an Amazon delivery so I went out when Ailz saw headlights approaching- and there was a house on the drive that isn't usually there. A house consisting of one high-ceilinged room, lit up- with the front wall missing.

Only it wasn't a house but a horse box.

Two more horses have been added to the herd- one of which even has a name;  It's name is Snowy.
