Bosie's Gift To Posterity

I dreamed I was eating and handing round a special Christmas mix prepared by no less a person than Lord Alfred Douglas. Bosie was long dead but this concoction of his had been preserved in an airtight plastic container. The ingredients included sherbert, chunks of Turkish Delight, candied peel and nuts.

I like all those things but I'm not sure they'd go very well together.

Mm.. that would make for a very rich dessert.

It's a sign of ageing (I suppose) that I now avoid very rich food.

I think rich foods should be eaten in moderation.
