Couldn't Stand The Heat

poliphilo Yesterday was the hottest February day on record- with the temperature topping 20 degrees in places. The media served up images of crowded beaches and people sharing ice creams with their dogs.
I was sitting out on the patio in the afternoon- and around 3 o'clock I couldn't take the heat any longer and came back inside.
The unseasonal weather looks set to continue for several more days.
