Catching A Movie

I watch movies on my laptop. But not very often because I never get a clear run at them. My mother will want her coffee reheated or a question answered...
Such as....
"What's that out the window?"
" A horse."
"I see... Who does it belong to?"
"Chris".
It breaks one's concentration.
I've had a DVD of The Shape of Water sitting around ever since it won last year's Oscar for best picture and now it's nearly time for this year's Oscars- so I thought it was time I gave it a spin. My disappointed made itself felt early on and never really went away. Beautiful film to look at but basically a remake of ET with a less engaging scaly thing and rather more sex. And what did it do for me? Reinforced my liberal prejudices.
