Two Steps Forward...

I meant to say, but then other things intervened, that I saw my first daffodils on Monday. They were on a traffic island in Crawley.

Yesterday was sunny. I sat on a garden bench for a couple of minutes just to prove it could be done without discomfort. Today we're back to wind and rain.

No daffs here yet but we're that bit further north.

The daffs in our garden have a long way to go before they bloom. I suspect the council gardeners in Crawley have ways of getting theirs to bloom early.
