Don't you just LOVE clouds? I think they are almost more interesting than the scenery!

Yes, indeed.

These pictures were mostly taken for the sake of the skies.

Sometimes when I'm at the cottage I lie on my back on the beach - or sometimes just backfloat in the water - and watch the skies. With an alias of halfmoon_mollie I suspect you understood that.

They're all great, but I especially love the first two -- I think it's because I like that house (or whatever building it is) and the [pond? river?]. Want to live there!

These were taken in Alexandra Park- just down the street from here. What you're looking at is the larger of two ponds and the little building is the boat-house.

It's my home town of Oldham.

The high rise building is the Civic Centre (or town hall).

These are wonderful!

They tell a story of something coming. How do you do it? I never can.

Thanks.

I think it's all down to watching the skies.

I must face it: your skies are much more interesting than mine.

And your photography is wonderful.

In this current batch of photos the things in the foreground are less important that the skies. It's the skies that determine the exposure etc...
