poliphilo The gardeners were here yesterday afternoon with their mowing machines and strimmers. What a racket.
After this close shave I mean to let the lawn grow into a meadow- as it did last year- with passageways cut through it to show that the effect is intended. I'm looking forward to the wildflowers.
