Dealing With The Estate Agents

I rang the estate agents. "Hello," I began, tentatively. "My name is Grist; we've just viewed the property at XYZ..." and the guy was onto the case immediately- as if he already had the papers in front of him." "Ah yes, it's Tony, isn't it? My name is Dave...."

I'd thought he might have had problems placing me. Not a bit of it. Perhaps they don't sell many houses...

We found the agents quite with it when we were buying last year.

I think teh intarwebz has made a hell of a difference!

Estate agents don't have a good reputation but maybe they're pulling their collective socks up.
