And, while I'm busy setting the world to rights, let me just say that if I were President of the USA I'd be flying out to Pyong-Yang, putting my arm around little Kim and giving him the keys to Disneyland. Meanwhile I'd have instructed my officials to be offering his officials all the trade deals they can cope with.

If you want someone to rejoin the wider human family you could do worse than start the ball rolling by treating them nice.

It's not rocket science. Rather it's the alternative.
