Meanwhile, the Spanish government has decided the best way to stop the Catalans from wanting their independence is to get the police to fire rubber bullets at them. Genius!
I wonder our lot didn't try it with the Scots.

I think the Rajoy government's response has pretty well ensured that Catalonia will get its freedom. It has lost whatever moral authority it might once have had.
