Honesty And Good Nature

We were in Lewes on Saturday and Ailz lost her phone. She probably dropped it in the street. We didn't think we'd see it again but went through the motions of filing a report with the police.

Word came through this morning that it had been posted through the letterbox of the Tourist Information Office and is now waiting to be collected at the police station.

You can't take honesty and good nature for granted, but they do exist- and are closer to being the norm than we imagine.
