Well, why does one grow cynic? Just because this is a world that constantly tries to sabotage your ideals or tell you how shitty and unethical they are.

He mixed some insight in with the laughs, for sure.

I was fortunate to see him perform back in the 1990s. He started his show with a several-minute tirade insulting pretty much any person or group you could imagine. By the time he paused to take a drink of water, maybe a third of the audience had walked out.

His comment: "Now that I got rid of those c********** who can't take a joke, let's have some laughs!"
