Ship's figurehead in the National Maritime Museum, presumably representing Neptune/Poseidon, probably 19th century.

That's what it says on the label.  I don't quibble with the dating (though who knows? ) but I think the subject is as likely to be Pluto/Hades.

I mean, this guy is dark.

Yes. And that's an iron crown. I'd expect Neptune to have one made of coral and shells and stuff like that.
