Enjoying The Olympics

Sharapova cured me of my not very passionate interest in international sport and I haven't been watching the Olympics- but my mother has and I can hear the soundtrack coming out of her room- and I like it better than the noise made by most of the afternoon shows she watches- you know, shows like "Exhibitionists Eating Stuff" and "Lets Laugh at the Underclass" and "Isn't Money Wonderful".

I'll admit to cracking a smile this morning when I read that Murray had won gold.

that was one of the best tennis matched I have EVER seen. Andy worked hard for that Gold, and although my heart was in the other court, they both should be very proud.
