The second photo is lovely!
What sort of tree was cut down in the first photo but has since sprung back to life?

Thanks.

It's a willow tree. Willows are unkillable.

We saw it beginning to fall last night, though it didn't seem to be settling then. But I awoke to a nice dusting outside, nonetheless. ^_^ I thought I'd try some rabbiteering, for a lovely white background, but, I'd forgotten we're atop a hill - so down where they are, it had almost completely vanished already. Still, I did see a few out and about, and a day with bunnies is never a bad day. ^_^

I woke sometime in the early hours and the snow had arrived without me knowing about it. Now- as evening falls- it has mostly disappeared.
