All of them just want to expand their sphere of influence...
If they really would be willing to stop this war, they asked the ones affected the most by it what do they need, what kind of helü do they want. Troops aren't everything, supply also is a matter of importance.
And they better should not keep their own knowledge of the secret services to them - if it should be that they got something at all.
