Can You Hear Me, Mother?

The man with the aftershave came and fitted my mother with her new hearing aids. She can now hear a normally pitched conversation across the length of the living room- which is a vast improvement. While he was here he tested Ailz and me. We're doing fine. A little loss at the squweaky end but that's to be expected in the over 60s.  "Now I know he's just not listening to me," said Ailz.

Probably, but hearing aids aren't going to cure her problems with memory.

wish there was an aid for memory
