Becoming A Senior

Ailz proposes we buy Early Learning Centre vouchers for our manifold great nephews and nieces. I agree. Genius idea. And one that has occured (with variations- because it used to be book tokens) to every elderly relative since Christmas began.

We are seniors. It has to be accepted. It comes to us all.

Nothing to say you can't go electronic on the theme, of course - if the recipient has an iPad/iPhone, you can give specific apps (say, The Elements or Human Japanese), or indeed, books - and that number does include the remarkably witty My Little Pony series of comics. ^_^ (Seriously, they're great fun. Would you have expected background gags like a ponified Donald Sutherland cameo of that moment from Invasion of the Body Snatchers? =:)

Great suggestion, but I'm out of my depth with apps. I'd have to do a lot of catching up before I could begin to function in that world.
