Skeletons

I've been assembling skeleton warriors. They're about an inch high. They come in boxes of 20.

I was using industrial strength glue and it's given me the snuffles. This is called "suffering for one's art".

Must paint my miniatures. Must paint my miniatures. Must paint my miniatures.

(They're really cool. Are you going to paint them and things? Do you play 40K?)

Yes, I'll be painting them.

No I don't play games. I just like miniatures. I've got a tabletop diorama with a castle and other buildings for them to inhabit.

Excellent. My friend's dad does something very similar, and has started putting them in different situations and photographing them. Then he puts all the pictures on a CD, merging into one another with some battle music over the top. It's great, if uber-geeky...

I haven't seen those since my Dungeons & Dragons days. What are you using them for?

They'll be added to my tabletop diorama.

I just love miniatures. Mainly I buy old ones off eBay.

I'm the one who'll suffer - apart from your snuffles it's my glue and I bet when I want to use it the lid'll be glued on and the tube will be screwed up. It's more a case of how I suffer for your art. LOL

(You have done a pretty good job with the skelli-bobs though)

The glue is in immaculate condition. I'll bring it through and show you.

That has to be the first time ever - how long did it take you to straighten it out after reading my post - hm sexy legs? hm

I brought it straight through. No need to straighten it out. I had treated it throughout with the respect it deserves.

I have sacrificed my nails gladly to the muse. Sometimes you just HAVE to stick your fingers into your paintings! I call it bioimpasto. LOL

But of course.

All the best people paint with their fingers. Titian, for instance.

I admit it. I've gone over to the dark side. In fact I've been there all along.

Woah-ho-ho-ho-ho..
