This House Feels Neglected

poliphiloAilz is going to be out most of today. This morning she'll be at her mother's, this afternoon she'll be going round clothes shops with Ruth. I ought to use this time to clean the house from top to bottom and then redecorate but something tells me I'm not going to get very far.
I discovered why the fridge smelt like a morgue. There was a carton of milk in there which I thought I hadn't opened only I had and it's been sitting there for a couple of months undergoing complex chemical changes.
