Growing Pains

Someone was playing rap music very loud and very close. I stepped into the yard to see who it was and Nikisha's bedroom window was open so it must have been her. I don't want to listen to the stuff myself (thankfully she switched it off after about five minutes) but I congratulate her on having graduated from Hannah Montana.

We've followed the evolution of our neighbour's daughter musically speaking as well. The stages are so well-distinguished from each other and seem to accompany an evolution in how she dresses as well.

Sometimes they play Asian pop music next door. I quite like that. It reminds me of the music of the European Middle Ages.
