I dream I am running a hotel that caters for gay men. My very first guest complains that a piece of meat I have supplied him with is missing two ribs. I offer to refund him £1.00. He says he wants £5.00.

How much did you charge for the meat in the first place? Me, I probably would have just replaced the meat rather than refunded, but it was your dream.

I've no idea what I'd charged in the first place but I know I was concerned about the erosion of my profit margin.
